What is the Role of a 21st Century School Principal?

Principals do need to lead by articulating and communicating a Vision. In 201i, this means understanding the opportunities and possibilities of technology. Just as importantly, it requires knowledge of pedagogy which best prepares students of today for their different workplaces of tomorrow.
